General Sales Manager

Direct the distribution and movement of beer products to customers. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Work closely with senior executives to evaluate and establish the goals, priorities, and opportunities for the company. Manage the Sales Department to establish and execute processes that will improve communication. Increase market share with existing territory by means of volume growth, program execution and customer service. Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a minimum of five years' experience in distribution and marketing, and experience in the beer industry.
Merchandiser

Fill shelves, rotate product, build displays, help both salesman and delivery driver where needed. Good driving record and customer service skills are required.
